Made by Nitto in Japan, this is made to clamp to the 7mm stays of a Nitto front rack such as the M-18 or the Mark's Mini M-1. Nitto's daruma bolt slips over the end of the stay and is positioned anywhere along the length of the stay. The angled bracket is drilled to pass an M6 bolt, the same as most dynamo headlights. Will not work with the M-12 rack since the draw bolt can't be slipped over the end of the stay without modification.
