Ron at King Cage developed this cage to sit lower on the seat tube, allowing more room for frame bags and partial frame bags. Other than that the same great stainless steel cage as the Andrew's.
Distance from bottom of cage to lower attachment hole is approximately 2" (traditional cage is approximately 1")
