Surly makes bicycle racks out of CroMoly steel (of course) with stainless steel and aluminum hardware. This front rack features a wide top platform and rails for carrying low-rider front panniers. The mounting brackets are adjustable and are meant to bolt to the rear-facing fender eyelets at the dropouts and to mid-blade eyelets. These racks are highly adjustable, supremely overbuilt and ready to haul.
This front rack will haul up to 32kg (70 lb) of well-secured, well-balanced gear over roadways and maintained off-road trails.
