We're big platform pedal fans over here and the Aeffect by RaceFace is a solid one! They're reasonably thin, properly concave and not too heavy. They also feature bottom-loading pins rather than the set screws used on cheaper pedals. This means when you break a pin they're easy to extract and replace. Spares are included as well. The pin height can also be adjusted with included washers.
They're easy to service and even feature a grease port so you can inject nice, clean grease without a full disassembly. That's pretty dang handy! Here are the bullet point specs:
