Decaleurs are traditional quick release mounts for handlebar bags. Unlike bag mounts that attach to the handlebar, they keep the bag low for better handling and to keep the handlebars clear. The VO fork mount decaleurs attach to your headset spacer stack come in size options to fit 1" or 1-1/8" steerer tubes.
Please remember that a decaleur is intended as a quick release mechanism, not to support the full weight of the bag. The bag must still rest on a rack. Be sure to measure from your rack deck to your bag's decaleur attachment points to be certain that you'll be able to position the decaleur appropriately.
