Replacement top hooks and handle for Ortlieb panniers with QL2.1 rail system. Each package has two hooks connected with an adjustable nylon strap handle and will replace the hooks on one pannier bag. Rather than the non-adjustable nylon strap with a rubberized handle that is original on Ortlieb panniers this replacement part uses a flat, adjustable strap so it can be used on either a front or rear pannier. Ships with inserts to fit the hooks to 16mm, 12mm or 10mm rack rails.
