Ortlieb's Bike-Packer (and the smaller Sport-Packer) are the ideal panniers for extended tours or daily errands in any weather. The Bike-Packer is ideal as a rear pannier for bulky loads. They also work well for errands or grocery runs - a standard grocery bag fits comfortably.
They are made from Ortlieb's highly-durable, PVC-coated polyester fabric with welded seams for 100% waterproofing and feature Ortlieb's QL2.1 attachment system for one-handed installation and removal from your rack. The Bike-Packer also features a symmetrical tapered design for heel clearance no matter which side of your bike they're mounted on.
The hinged cap-style lid is secured by two adjustable buckle straps to compress the load or allow overstuffing when necessary. An internal dust gasket pulls tight with a drawstring to further secure your cargo. A small mesh pocket hangs from the rear of the inner cavity for organization of smaller items. Additional thoughtful features included 3M Scotchlite reflectors on front and rear for extra visibility, molded plastic base feet for stability and abrasion protection when off the bike and snap hooks for the included shoulder straps.
