100 % natural Cork Grips. Cork is amazing, these grips absorb the shock on bumpy roads, trails and paths, don't get sweaty and look awesome on any bike.
If you are mounting bar end shifters, simply cut off the end and file a groove on the inside of the grip to accommodate the shifter cable.
If your cork grips are loose on your bars put a bit of cloth bar tape underneath or use some spray adhesive (just heat up the bar carefully with a hair dryer or heat gun when you need to take the grips off).
Consider cork grips with any swept back bar.
