Orginally we special ordered the Shimano Br-CX50 cantilever brake for a customer. Once they were installed and the Bike Hermit did the test ride he knew we needed to keep them in the store.
The handling and performance is top notch.

90 day warranty from Bike Touring News on MFG defects.
Shimano bicycle products are covered under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of original retail purchase. Dura-Ace and XTR components have a three-year warranty.
Di2 warranty claims must be addressed to Shimano America directly. QBP cannot process Di2 warranty claims at this time.
All Shimano Service Center (SSC) dealer warranty claims must be processed directly through Shimano America (800-423-2420); non-SSC warranties may still be processed in the traditional method outlined below through any Authorized Warranty Center.”
