These are size-specific, heavy-duty frame bags designed to fit Surly's trail and dirt touring bikes such as the Karate Monkey, Krampus, Bridge Club, Ogre, ECR, Wednesday, Ice Cream Truck and Big Dummy. Designed and manufactured in the USA by Revelate Designs, these bags are the highly-evolved result of years of constant refinement. They deliver a custom fit, ultimate quality and rock-solid durability at a very reasonable price.
These bags feature Revelate's exclusive Zipstretch™ construction: a bomber, #10 molded-tooth zipper paired with stretch Cordura panels significantly reduces zipper stress when opening or closing the bag. The molded tooth zipper shrugs off the dirt and debris that would destroy a coil-type zipper and will deliver many years of reliable, maintenance free service. Frame attachment loops on the downtube, seat tube and front of top tube panels are on daisy chains of webbing, allowing for precise strap placement around braze-ons, cable routing, other bag straps, etc. The spacious main compartment includes a vertical velcro divider to prevent the bag from bulging and keep your cargo organized. There is an exit port at the top-front of the bag for a hydration hose or battery wires. The slim left-side pocket is perfect for phone, compact camera, multi-tool, snacks, maps or any other flattish objects you want to have close at hand.

- VX21 PU coated X-pac side panels, 1050 denier domestic ballistic nylon frame tube panels; 420 denier diamond ripstop interior lining; closed cell foam padded tube section
- Industry leading #10 Molded tooth zippers with Zipstretch construction
- Padded down tube and seat tube sections protect the load and your frame at the bottle boss areas.
- NOTE: Frame bags will wear your frame's finish through repetitive rubbing as the bike is ridden. This wear can be minimized by using Revelate's silicone Frame Saver Tape or other protective tapes in high-abrasion areas.
Fit Notes:
