This is a simple velcro-and-clip assembly that allows mounting of Revelate's Handlebar Pockets without the mounting points provided on the Sweetroll and Harness.  This is useful for day rides without a handlebar roll or for securing the pocket around a handlebar-mounted load without built-in attachment points.  However, they are NOT intended to be used as the sole support for a handlebar roll or other front load larger than the pocket itself.  

Sold as a pair (one for each side of your bars).  Velcro strap fits all handlebar sizes.
