The Tubus Tara low-rider front rack does not have a hook or loop on the lower rail, so for panniers with an s-hook on a shock cord Ortlieb makes this little bracket which can be clamped onto the lower rail of the rack. Two hooks are included in the package; one for each side of the rack. These are made for rack rails with a diameter of around 14mm.
