Waterproof Rear Pannier with Roll Closure
The Back-Roller Classic is a spacious bike pannier for the rear rack. With its symmetrical design and slanted shape on both sides this classic Ortlieb bag provides enough clearance for pedaling, and can also be used individually either on the left or right side of the bike. An internal pocket consisting of the main compartment and a zippered mesh pocket helps organizing small items inside the pannier.
The patented ORTLIEB QL2.1 system allows fast and easy single-handed mounting and removal of the panniers, and is suitable for racks with tube diameters up to 16 mm (hook inserts for diameters of 8 and 11 mm are included). Once the panniers are hooked into the rack, the mounting components close automatically. For taking off the rack you simply lift the handle. It’s as easy as that!
A rotating hook fits in the semi-elliptical hook rail on the lower rear side of the pannier and serves as an additional fixing point for a stable attachment.
The panniers are supplied with a shoulder strap and can be carried like a shoulder bag. The Ortlieb harness system (optional accessory) converts the Back-Roller into a daypack.
Two large and highly reflective 3M Scotchlite reflectors ensure safety in the dark.
