Cold forged standard quill stem. The quill (the part that goes into the fork steer tube) is 22.2 mm in diameter or nominally 1 inch, and it is 145 mm long. The clamp is 26.0 mm (but if your handlebar is 25.4 you can use a shim and this stem will work)
