Ortlieb panniers are sold with these clips which are used to shim or customize the top mounting hooks on the panniers to fit various diameters of rack tubing for a rattle free fit. These are sold as a replacement. Each package includes enough clips to do one pannier. Shims for 8, 10 and 12mm tubes.
